Yoga Flow for Adults

A great class for beginners or intermediates alike! Work at your own pace and enjoy a great Yoga Flow with a wonderful instructor to guide you!

We are offering Fall, Winter and Spring sessions (each 8 weeks in length) for this class. You can sign up for all 3 sessions and build on your skill set, or you can sign up for any of the sessions individually.

The cost for one 8 week session is: $165.00
