While all children are welcome to attend classes & programs offered by the Gibson School of the Arts, we are unable to offer 1:1 support in our programs. If your child is in need of 1:1 support, we would like to discuss each situation with the family and try to help find suitable accommodation as best we can. We are here to help you so please don't hesitate to touch base with any additional questions or concerns.
Please make sure you know your confirmed payment amount (sent via e-mail) before making your payment. To remit payment for any of our programs you can:
- Pay with your credit card through the e-mailed invoice you receive after your registration is confirmed.
- Pay with your credit card over the phone, call (705) 435-2828
- Pay by e-transfer to the address gcc2001rental@gmail.com
- Pay in person with credit, debit, cash or cheque at our front desk during our operating hours
**a 3% admin fee applies to all credit card transactions**
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Gibson School of the Arts reserves the right to cancel a program. If GSOTA cancels, a full refund will be given. Decisions are made to cancel a program/class one week prior to the start date in order to give fair notice to students.
Refunds and Credits Available:
If participants cancel with written notification two weeks prior to the program start date, a full refund will be given.
If participants cancel within 14 days of the start date, a credit (less a 20% administrative fee) will be given for future GSOTA classes, camps or workshops.
For Weekly Classes (6 + Weeks): If participants cancel within the first two weeks of class, a credit (less a 50% administrative fee) will be given for future GSOTA classes, camps or workshops.
