Chef Brittany and Chef Ben have loved cooking for as long as they can remember. Cooking has always been a big part of their lives, both at home and in their careers. As parents of four children who also love being in the kitchen, they know how much fun cooking can be and how it can bring people together.
Both Brittany and Ben are Hospitality teachers in the local school board and love helping students learn new skills and gain confidence in the kitchen. They believe cooking should be fun, creative, and something everyone can enjoy, no matter their experience level.
At the School of Arts, Chef Brittany and Chef Ben love teaching kids how to cook and watching students try new foods and recipes. They enjoy coming up with fun and exciting recipes for students to make while teaching important kitchen skills along the way. Their goal is to create a positive and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable learning, creating, and having fun.
Cooking is a big part of their family life, and they enjoy sharing that passion with their students. Chef Brittany's favourite food is Eggs Benedict, and Chef Ben's favourite food is sushi. Together, they are excited to help students discover a love for cooking and make great memories in the kitchen.
