In order for your child/children to participate in our classes/workshops/camps or productions, you will need to sign our GSOTA Waiver. This Waiver is found below and can be downloaded from this page.
If you are signing up for one of our culinary programs (class or camp), there is an additional Culinary Liability Waiver for you to sign and this is also available for download on this page below.
You can sign the Waiver(s) and scan it to firstname.lastname@example.org, or stop by the Gibson Centre to sign it in person.
ALL students must have a signed GSOTA Waiver from a parent or guardian.
Please make sure you know your confirmed payment amount (sent via e-mail) before making your payment. To remit payment for any of our programs you can:
- Pay by credit card over the phone - call (705) 435-2828
- By e-transfer to the address email@example.com
- In person at our front desk during our operating hours
**COVID PAYMENT POLICY**
If programming needs to be cancelled at any time, we will do our utmost to reschedule all classes. If we are unable to reschedule, your balance will remain on file for future use at GSOTA.

We ask that our students wear masks when entering and exiting the building, and anytime they are unable to socially distance while inside.
We are asking parents to remain vigilant and keep your child/ children home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
