Elaine has been practicing yoga seriously since 2010, the year that she enrolled in the 250 hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program and became a registered Yoga Instructor, studying with The Yoga Sanctuary satellite studio in Barrie.
Elaine enjoys the calm that practicing yoga brings to the mind, body, and soul, in addition to the many physical benefits that yoga provides. She thoroughly enjoys leading participants through a gentle flow, allowing each person to practice at their own pace, in a non-judgmental setting, working with the breath to enhance each movement, relieve the body of stress, and feel the overall joy that yoga brings to your heart.
She is looking forward to meeting everyone and ensuring they leave class with a smile on their faces!
