Over this 5-week class kids will learn essential skills like knife skills, sauteing, baking basics, roasting, and plating & presentation δΈ€ building confidence and a strong kitchen foundation.

Overview
This the class for those who have been cooking, either with us or at home, and are looking to hone their skills in order to take their dishes to the next level! This course will take each week to delve into a different essential skill set in the kitchen. Young chefs will be working on:
- Knife Skills (one-on-one with an instructor)
- Sauteing
- Baking Basics
- Roasting
- Plating and Presentation
This is sure to be a fun and educational course for your budding chef!
