Her upcoming program 'Feeling Good: Inside Out and Upside Down' will focus on self-awareness, self-love and self-care.

Ingrid believes empowering young minds is an invaluable investment in their future, and ours.

Ingrid is happiest when she is helping others feel their best,. This year she launched her business, The Feel Good Nurse, which focuses on empowering others to live their best life through a holistic approach. She incorporates her education in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotional Intelligence in her classes and in her therapy sessions. When Ingrid is not teaching, coaching or healing, you can find her hiking with her dogs, making kombucha, chasing sunsets with her camera and of course, doing yoga poses everywhere she goes.
