Josee Francis

Josee Francis is a professional illustrator highly skilled in sketch drawing, watercolour, and classical painting. She specializes in effectively communicating complex ideas.

Josee has immense experience in visual art and design, has completed a bachelor's in Art and Design, a diploma in Art and Culture Management and then a bachelor's degree in Professional Communication. Married with her healthy obsession with popular culture, she could be considered masterful in communicating visually.

Prior to teaching with the Gibson School of the Arts, she taught for the City of Edmonton children's programming, giving her first-hand experience of seeing children's reactions to different art creations.

She has taught adults watercolour for equally as long, starting with colour theory and moving on to a variety of topics and media.
